1. Drilling tail No. 2 with diameter #6 (3.5) is guaranteed to be able to penetrate 2.5mm thick carbon steel plate (iron plate), and 2.6-5mm thick carbon steel plate and stainless steel plate should be specially made.
2. No. 2 or No. 3 drill tail specifications of diameter #8 (4.2) are guaranteed to penetrate 3mm thick carbon steel plates (iron plates), and 3.1-7mm thick carbon steel plates and stainless steel plates should be specially made .
3. Drilling tail No. 3 with diameter #10 (4.8) is guaranteed to be able to penetrate 4.5mm thick carbon steel plate (iron plate), and 4.6-9mm thick carbon steel plate and stainless steel plate should be specially made.
4. Drilling tail No. 3 with diameter #12 (5.5) is guaranteed to be able to penetrate 6mm thick carbon steel plate (iron plate), and 6.1-15mm thick carbon steel plate and stainless steel plate should be specially made.
5. Drilling tail No. 3 with diameter #14 (6.3) can be drilled into 8mm thick carbon steel plate (iron plate), and 8.1-15mm thick carbon steel plate and stainless steel plate should be specially made.
The scope of use of 304/316 stainless steel self-drilling screws (if it exceeds the scope of use below, it will be unable to tap, break off, etc.).
6. Drilling tail No. 2 with diameter #6 (3.5) is guaranteed to penetrate 2.5mm thick aluminum alloy plate.
7. Diameter #8 (4.2) drill tail 2 or No. 3 tail specifications are guaranteed to penetrate 3mm thick aluminum alloy plates.
8. The diameter of #10 (4.8) drill tail and No. 3 tail specification are guaranteed to penetrate into 4.5mm thick aluminum alloy plates.
